CHARDONNAY is produced from carefully selected, hand-picked grapes of Chardonnay, grown in the Carbalia vineyards situated in the valley of the river Salcia Mare, in the south of Moldova.
Color: brilliant goldish colored wine.
Bouquet: intense varietal aroma with predominantly tropical fruits like grapefruit and pineapple, rounded with soft hints of vanilla.
Taste: a wine of great volume and pleasant acidity.
Ageing has given it a complex structure, sweetness and persistence. Best served with white meats, fish and well seasoned small shellfish. |

Bouquet: gentle, filled with aromas of flowers and honey and delicate hints of tea-rose.
Taste: noble with a
harmonious combination of warmth and flavor. It perfectly compliments light snacks, desserts and fruit salads. |

Color: pale yellow-green.
Bouquet: intense varietal aroma, dominated by a typical fruit and berry character.
Taste: a wine of medium body, well structured and fresh because of its acidity. Its intense concentration of fruit manifests itself in an elegant sweetness on the palate. Excellent as an aperitif, with chicken, shellfish or caviar. |
